I provide Outsourced and Virtual HR Services, and through my VA Agency we hire, train and  manage Virtual Assistants for entrepreneurs and small business owners.

What I know is that we don’t grow as an entrepreneur by getting stuck in an office managing employees who don’t want to be there and have no interest in your goals, or what you want for your business and life…and you certainly don’t love dealing with the complex HR laws of Australia.  We are here for what you need, when you need it…and then we step out again.  Easy for peace of mind, and easy for cashflow and building!

I love working with entrepreneurs and small business owners to make life simple:

  • as needed advice and interventions,
  • hiring Virtual Assistants for part time or full time hours to do the tasks that you need to support your growth,
  • strategy sessions to connect your internal strategy to your goals,
  • one-off HR docs and templates,
  • plug in HR systems that provide your compliance and foundation, and
  • change projects if you need them.

What we don’t do, is lock in contracts that go on for years and drain small business cashflow – its not needed at that level.

About me – As a management consultant for 25 years, I started in some of the big Firms and corporates being fortunate to work in many places.  I started Chrysallis 15 years ago when I had my daughter as I realised that as passionate as I am about what I do, it didn’t compare with my passion for being a mum.  Freedom and choice is important to me and my experience allows me to translate the strategy I used with corporates, into simple processes and tools for small business.  I hired my first VA 9 months into opening Chrysallis’ doors in 2009 and my first hire is now Chrysallis VA’s Country Manager – Philippines. We work together to deliver our mission: to enable entrepreneurs to have the business & growth they want without foregoing their freedom. My first book, Grow Your People Grow Your Business, Big Corporate Secrets for Small Business Budgets was published in 2016 and I have been fortunate to speak on many stages around the world and in Australia to show small business owners how to turn their people into assets.  I love to talk business and get excited by strategic opportunity; I’m always open to questions and a strategy session that helps connect your team, to your goals.
