Varsha is currently a Business Development Manager for a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm, Sundaram Business Services (SBS). She is based in Sydney and is handling SBS’ business development initiatives for the Sydney region. SBS provides finance & accounting back-office support to businesses/accounting firms and has more than 1,000 employees and more than a billion dollars in revenue. They have assisted many Australian accounting firms, book-keepers, and businesses to re-engineer elements of their operations especially around the preparation of financial year-end accounts, company income tax returns, and BAS commitments. They also manage traditional book-keeping activities, administration, and compliance of self-managed super funds. Specifically, they do this by saving their clients’ time and money by improving back-office process efficiency.
