➵ at Insurance SaaS microcap of 1500ppl increased development efficiency by 20% and architected the future Internal Developer Platform

➵ brought DevOpsDays conference to Riga. Twice. The effort continues as the Latvia DevOps and Agile Community with almost a thousand active members

➵ established a self-organized ambassadorship initiative at 2000ppl company to increase its already high employer NPS

➵ rearchitected and migrated CI/CD process at a software engineering company of 200ppl and 20 different projects which led to hundreds of saved working hours

➵ using DevOps maturity models provided recommendations for 2 large EU financial institutions that later transformed their operations and increased speed to market

➵ created a DevOps roadmap for a large UKI insurer and initiated the transformation. The project was continued by my successor for 5 years and completely changed the ways of working there. From a 5-week wait time for the testing environment to a completely automated self-service in 2 hours.
