Tracy Crockett is a Therapeutic Life Coach with a Master’s in Life Coaching, Christian Leadership & a Nutritional Consultant.  As a Therapeutic life coach she assist people with uncovering and healing behavior patterns that inhibit mental, emotional, and physical growth.  Tracy uses several psychological methods to help individuals eliminate blocks.  She also focuses on Nutrition so that the indiviual can have the energy to bring about desired goals.

Tracy is a wife of a Disabled Veteran that has PTSD and Borderline Personality.  She has 4 grown children and 1 grandchild.  Tracy enjoys nature photography, jewelry making, and dancing in her spare time.  In reality, she is a lover of many things like learning new things about the mind, the body, and life in general.
