Personal Bio/ Summary | Final Farewell and Grief Support Hub I founded Final Farewell after eight years working at Mary Potter Hospice and experiencing the passing of my father. Organizing his funeral came with challenges, and my family often had to second guess decisions during an already difficult time. As someone who values organization, I didn’t want my loved ones to face that uncertainty. This led to the creation of My Final Farewell, a comprehensive booklet designed to document everything from legal details and personal choices like cremation or burial, to music selection and notifying loved ones—ensuring that your funeral is a true celebration of life. Our mission at Final Farewell is to encourage important conversations about death and dying—conversations that many avoid but are essential for ensuring one’s wishes are clear. To make this as accessible as possible, My Final Farewell is available in hard copy, digital, and soon-to-launch app formats, with an accompanying course that dives deep into each topic, offering guidance along the way. In addition, I recognized the need for more grief support. Through the Grief Support Hub, we provide a wide range of resources—counseling, community support, holistic practices, and self-help tools—all in one place, ensuring that people can find the help they need to navigate loss and find a new way of living. Freelancer PA Drawing on my many years as an Executive Assistant in Wellington and London, and supported by our team’s extensive experience, we offer a complete administrative service tailored to your needs. We love collaborating with clients, taking the mundane and time-consuming tasks off your hands, allowing you to focus on what truly matters. Our flexible services are available as and when you need them—without the commitment of long-term contracts. By outsourcing to our team, you gain the right support at the right time, enabling you to dedicate more time to what you love—whether it’s growing your business, tackling urgent matters, or getting clarity on your priorities. Ultimately, our goal is to give you more time for your well-being and to spend with friends and family. |

Who I'm looking to connect with - my ideal referral partner | My ideal referral partners are those between 4o and 60 years old who have responsibilities, maybe children, ageing parents or have had parents who have passed and are wanting to get their life in order for their loved ones. We are also reaching out to lawyers as we feel My Final Farewell bridges the gap between having a will and funeral arrangements. We would also like to speak with life insurance providers as they have to broach the death subject and could provide My Final Farewell as a value add to their clients. |

My Business xPerience
My xPertise | Having worked at a Hospice for 8 years in the In-Patient Unit I was surrounded by dying and death and family interactions and observed alot of different things. I have been to a handful of family and friends funerals and have experienced the different approaches. I see my role as a connector and educator sharing that there are so many other ways that a life can be celebrated than sticking with the traditional which can be quite sombre and lack lustre when this could be a celebration of someones life. Having worked as an executive assistant and personal assistant for 20 years I have gained numerous administrative skills to support small business owners with their background tasks so they can focus what they are an expert in. |
My Passions | My love language is service. I love supporting people and connecting them and helping them grow as individuals. I am passionate in empowering people to have the dying and death conversations and to start documenting a few of ther wishes to ease pressure off family when the inevitable happens. |
My Interests | Finding other ways to encourage people to have those hard conversations. Connecting people. Pilates Meditation and breathing techniques. Gardening barefoot Bushwalks – connecting with the earth Reiki Self development
|
How I can Help Out Other Members | I am always here for a chat and to find out how I can refer other members or support them to grow within themselves and their business as well as finding ways for them to be more efficient in their work environment. |
Why I love BxNetworking | What impressed me when I first visited was having the opportunity to spend a quality 10 minutes 3 times with others whom I wanted to get to know. I found that really valuable. |
My Ideal Referral | Being in touch with an organisation who believes in our product and sees the value in providing thousands of My Final Farewell booklets to their staff or with their clients. This could be a legal firm or insurance company, retirement village or a public trust.
