Personal Bio/ Summary

I am a solution-focused counsellor, relationship educator and founder of Metanao (Greek for ‘thinking differently’). People in the workforce (employees, management and sales) are suffering in silence every day and business are loosing time and money.

 

My goal is to partner with SME’s to introduce or expand well-being initiates to address the worker’s social and emotional well-being. My passion is to help all hurting people to recognise their strengths and bring out their inner Hero for the betterment of individuals, business and society as a whole.

 

From my own personal relationships and what I’ve  seen from other families has led me to study Psychology and Counselling. I have a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), a Postgraduate certificate in Psychology and a Masters of Counselling.

Who I'm looking to connect with - my ideal referral partner

My ideal referral partner is HR, L & D professionals and Business coaches. I would love an introduction to their clients who have up to 50 employees and want to support the mental well-being of their staff.  By offering staff 3 counselling sessions per employee per year, will decrease absenteeism, increase productivity, staff satisfaction and ultimately profits.
