Through her own experience having an autoimmune disorder and a past history ofcrippling anxiety, Stephanie brings to her work empathy, depth of experience and an optimistic spirit. Stephanie is committed to making a positive difference by helping people feel better in themselves and their body. She loves collaboration, good books and gelati.

In addition to her qualifications; which includes BHSc (Naturopathy), Hypnotherapy, Meditation Teacher Diploma, Yoga and Mind-Body Medicine and Certified Breath Coach, Stephanie is a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association and the Australian Hypnotherapists Association and is constantly upgrading her skills and knowledge.
