Patch grew up surrounded by a family of business owners. She spent her childhood helping, from flipping burgers to negotiating the price of nylon yarn per kilo to international customers. For the last 10 years, Patch has worked with 100’s of small to medium businesses from a range of industries.

Patch is passionate about helping people get what they want from their business. She does this by helping to implement a complete, simple and proven system called EOS® the Entrepreneurial Operating System. It is a set of practical tools to help businesses do 3 things she calls vision, traction, healthy.

1. Vision, from the standpoint of first getting leaders 100% on the same page with where the organisation is going and how it is going to get there.

2. Traction, from the standpoint of helping leaders to become more disciplined and accountable, executing really well to achieve every part of the vision.

3. Healthy, meaning helping leaders to become a healthy, functional, cohesive leadership team because unfortunately, some leaders often don’t function well as a team.

From there, as goes the leadership team, so will go the rest of the organisation. The entire organisation becomes crystal clear on the vision, all much more disciplined and accountable, executing well, gaining consistent traction, and advancing as a healthy, functional, cohesive team.
