After starting my career in financial planning, I took 5 years off to raise my children (2 boys). During this time, my passion for nutrition intensified as I looked for answers to my baby’s chronic reflux. This lead me to Endeavour College of Natural Medicine where I completed my Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine.

My goal is to help people like my son using nutritional recommendations to assist with gut health, food intolerances, mood / behaviour challenges, cognition and skin complaints.
