In my work, I help executives, managers and team leaders to connect and converse freely to create a highly productive and supportive workplace, through 1:1 coaching and mentoring, and team-building. My processes include profiling tools [DISC, HBDI, CIQ Catalyst] as well as interactive workshopping around areas of challenge.
