Sherlock Holmes is one of my favorite childhood heroes because he is known as a master of deduction and observation. Inspired by these skills, I take pleasure in sleuthing through small businesses to optimize their costs and maximize their growth. Watching the mindset change of a practice owner go from defeated and burned out to joyful and inspired brings a smile to my soul. The thrill of deducing ways to ensure they have timely information is exhilarating. Having data allows us to collaborate efficiently, thus ensuring a positive, rapid change of direction. I hate seeing struggling owners, fatigued with the stress of money in their business, and lack of time with their loved ones, flounder by continuing to keep doing what they’ve always done. I delight in explaining evidence to them because I know how powerful the transformation will be. “It’s elementary, my dear Watson.”
