Before launching First Call VA Services, I have been working in various administration jobs for the past 20 years. In this time, I have worked as a Data Entry Operator, Receptionist, Administration Officer and Executive Assistant.

 

I am a skilled, experienced, self-motivated administrator who values the positive contributions of teamwork to achieve the best outcomes and task requirements. I have a proven capacity to establish professional and effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and coordination of all requirements for successful meetings and conferences.

 

I have a high level of skill in the use of contemporary office software, including Microsoft Office, Google Docs and iOS Systems. I have had substantial experience with diary management, associated travel arrangements, fleet management, meeting coordination and a multitude of other related tasks to provide the foundation support to achieving targets and success. I have a great capacity to undertake many tasking’s concurrently and to learn new areas of administrative support in minimal time.

The advice I give to my clients who are just ‘dipping their toes’ into the wonderful world of VAs is to start slowly, maybe even with just one task (e.g. organising calendar bookings and confirming them).  When you feel like that’s going well, then move on to the next task on the list.
