My passion is in the area of Lead Generation for the SME markets. Too many companies go out of business in the first 3 years approx 80% largely because they have no planning especially around, how do they get prospects and customers. Without constant new revenue each week/month, there is pressure to perform and stay in business.

Having commenced my career in technology sales and marketing I have spent the last twenty years as a Senior Executive working for local, national and international organisations and as a Director on several Not for Profit Boards.

Combining my business acumen and inspirational leadership style I have been instrumental in both business turnaround and change management. As the P&L owner, I have prepared operational business plans/budgets and managed stakeholder expectations ensuring successful outcomes for all. He has introduced CRM systems into organisations and may be viewed as a subject matter expert.

I bring with a wealth of experience both at a strategic/tactical and operational level. I have a solid understanding of corporate governance and also key performance management techniques. I am a lateral thinker with a commitment to excellence. Working as a Senior Manager and Board Member, I have extensive transferrable skills across a broad range of industries.
