Personal Bio/ Summary	Hi. My name is Angela and I was a software engineer with a decade-long experience working in an IT firm. While watching my own children grow up, I discovered the importance of problem-solving skills. This comes hand in hand with creativity and perseverance because without one, the other will not survive. This discovery led me on a new career path to becoming a STEM educator and coach. Since then, I have inspired over 3000 children, worked with more than 20 schools, and brought fun to many community groups. I am fuelled by my passion to combine fun and education, to nurture each child’s natural creative abilities and to push their level of perseverance. I believe the way to preserve a child’s natural creative abilities is to allow them the opportunities to be creative. Present them with fun-filled challenges and they will grow into a confident and independent individual.

About My Business	Angela is the founder of Creative Playground Education https://creativeplayground.com.au. She empower children to imagine and innovate, and become the next generation of STEM professionals. By creating a fun and supportive environment, the children experience hands on Lego and robotics activities to learn about the world around them. They tackle team problem solving and become inspired to elect subjects such as Science and Maths as they grow up. Her background in Software Engineering and having been in corporate for 11 years, she hope to be the female role model for young girls.

What Makes My Business Unique (My P.O.D.)	Having had extensive industry experience as a software engineer, I am passionate to bridge the gender gap in the STEM industry by being a female role model for girls in schools.
