With over 25 years of experience in strategic brand development and growth strategies, I specialise in supporting service businesses to build distinctive thought-leader brands.

As the Founder of 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬, I work with leaders and teams to develop powerfully differentiated, purpose-driven brands. My work helps organisations and teams to confidently claim their strategic advantage, unearth their purpose and vision, align teams, and create brands that people are inspired to get behind.

Through my 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫 mentoring program, I guide women leaders and founders to amplify their visibility, develop thought leader profiles, and align their expertise with their values. Since launching in 2020, Northstar has transformed the lives of more than 200 women; doubling revenue, launching long-held dreams, and advancing careers to new heights.

I’ve spoken on brand strategy, authenticity, and purpose-driven growth at events across Australia, including the AWARD Advertising School, Flinders University, The Huddle, SA Woman, and various business groups. My talks are known for combining strategic insight with engaging, actionable ideas.

As a mentor and judge for the award-winning Flinders University VentureDorm program, I work with emerging entrepreneurs to refine their concepts and strategies.

I’m a straight-shooting, loud-laughing problem solver, full of mischief and un-Google-able truths! 🙂

My work has been published in Marketing Magazine, I’ve lectured at the AWARD Advertising School, and I’ve won three Marketing Effectiveness Awards.

I love having a complex problem to understand and solve: figuring out what the real problem actually is, and evaluating all the interconnected parts to find the missing piece of the puzzle.
