| Personal Bio/ Summary | 👮♀️ INTRO TO ELLY Once upon a time there was a 22 year old Policewoman who discovered that knowing how to read human behaviour, uncover hidden truth & protect from harmful deception were pretty valuable things to know as a cop, and in life in general. Fast forward to today & I’ve been exploring, studying, teaching and speaking about these topics for decades. My flagship training program, Perceptive Interviewing® has helped build the skills of thousands including; high-level security & intelligence personnel, sales & business professionals, and those who seek to uncover truthful & useful information with which to make more informed decisions. 🎓 WHAT I’M EXCITED ABOUT RIGHT NOW In 2021 my new business venture, the TRUTH SISTERS ACADEMY, was born. During lock-down I was thrilled to team up with an incredible woman, former US Military Interrogator & Intelligence Officer, Lena Sisco. As successful business owners/entrepreneurs together we have trained and coached 1000’s of people globally over the past 20+ years. 🎓 We decided to combine our decades of professional and personal experience we are now all about Empowering Women…Differently. What we teach is life changing and can be life-saving. WHAT’S OUR MISSION? 🎓 Our mission is to empower women with a sophisticated awareness of human behavior to overcome fear, gain confidence, master communication skills, live with passion and make life-changing decisions. HOW DO WE DO IT? 🎓 We do this by teaching advanced techniques and skills used by law enforcement and military intelligence combined with proven behavioral strategies and insights from our own professional and personal experience. 🙏🏽 COLLABORATION?
