I am the founder of It’s Trindall, a Systems as a Service agency based in Brisbane, Australia. With over 30 years of experience in business, I specialize in integrating AI-driven systems into small and medium businesses to streamline operations, enhance customer engagement, and drive growth.

At It’s Trindall, our flagship product, the Its TrindallAI Executive Assistant, helps businesses automate customer inquiries, manage routine tasks, and improve overall efficiency. Our goal is to provide high-value advice and system integration that reduces workloads and converts customers into loyal fans.

Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience across various industries. I started my working life in the Australian Army, where I served in logistics. From there, I honed my sales skills in the automotive industry before transitioning to the financial services sector, working as a lending manager and later in financial planning. I became a partner in an accounting firm, purchased and operated my own retail bicycle stores, and served as a business manager for a large agricultural company. Additionally, I became a licensed racehorse trainer and do contract work in the regulatory sector with both the Queensland Racing Integrity Commission and Sports Integrity Australia.

My diverse background has equipped me with a deep understanding of business operations and the challenges businesses face. My true passion lies in It’s Trindall, the business I recently started to help small businesses leverage technology to achieve their goals.
