I’m passionate about providing healing for my clients who experience stress or are feeling stuck. I help them build an inner resilience that brings confidence to their decision making. Using Gestalt therapy, counselling, and art therapy I help to guide my clients into having healthier relationships and a better way of living. I use art therapy in a creative way to explore inner issues and Gestalt therapy for a more in-depth exploration of immediate problems. Each of these therapies is designed to help you to re-connect with your sense of aliveness, hope and joy. I counsel people in private sessions as well as groups.
