After moving to Australia, I followed my creative calling, studied at a design school, and started writing freelance for design and lifestyle magazines. In 2014, I self-published Downsize with Style. I am currently looking to publish my midlife memoir Dare to Dance.

My other passion is my online business in Health & Wellness. I educate people about a holistic approach to beauty, health, and wellbeing. My vision is to build a diverse community of creative, spiritual souls who calibrate in the energy fields of love, trust, and compassion. People who are curious and value lifelong learning to become the best version of themselves and to help others achieve their goals. People who enjoy the freedom to work on their own terms and prioritize health and fitness to age with grace and ease. Ultimately, I want to inspire women to celebrate midlife, follow their hearts,  and dare to dance. 💃
