Hi, my name is Bernadette, the owner of BMC Buyers Agency.

My journey in Real Estate started at a young age as I watched my parents build an investment portfolio. I quickly realised that I loved researching real estate, going to open homes and dreaming of all the amazing things you could do with each of the properties I looked at. That being said, I never wanted to become a Real Estate Agent, there was something about it that just didn’t sit right with me, so instead I built my own portfolio with my first purchase in my early 20s.I have a deep passion for helping others achieve their dreams. This means that I put my clients needs and desires at the forefront of everything I do. Each client’s personal situation needs to be taken into account before developing a strategy, so when you work with me you can rest assured that I will dedicate myself to finding a property that meets your needs. This is why I only work with one or two clients at a time.While I might be a fresh face in the Real Estate industry my love for Real Estate has seen me follow the Sydney property market for over a decade, starting with the purchase of my family home. Thanks to my research, my (now) husband and I purchased a beautiful home in Panania. 2 weeks later Panania was named as one of Sydney’s up and coming suburbs and prices jumped by over $200,000 almost overnight. We have since knocked down our house and built a stand-alone house to raise our family in. It is with my research, knowledge, expertise, and experience that I give my clients this same competitive edge.

I help my clients purchase property within Sydney. Specialising in the South / South West of Sydney my main clientele is owner-occupier purchases, however, it does also have opportunities to work with investors who are looking for long-term growth and stability.

Understanding that everyone’s needs are different, I offer services to cater to purchases at every stage of the buying process.

FULL SERVICE – this means I do everything for you from strategising, sourcing the property, negotiating, bidding at auction and exchange of contracts. I will manage the exchange of contracts, communicate with all necessary parties and see you through to a successful and stress-free settlement. I am your one-stop shop for all their purchasing support.

PROPERTY SOURCING – we talk property briefs, strategies and search approach before I go and source a property that hits your ‘Must Have’ marks. I shortlist the properties for you and provide them to you in written format. You will then take over the negotiation, exchange of contracts and settlement requirements.

NEGOTIATION – you provide me with the property and then I will ensure the due diligence boxes are all ticked before undergoing the negotiation process. I will manage the exchange of contracts, communicate with all necessary parties and see you through to a successful and stress-free settlement

AUCTION BIDDING – take away the pressure of auction day, put a buffer between you and the auctioneer / Real Estate Agent and ensure that you do not get caught in the trap of paying ’emotional tax’ and end up paying too much on auction day. I can help you ensure all your due diligence is completed and run the show for you on auction day.
