CASHFLOW AND PROFIT MANAGEMENT
In business, a healthy profit isn’t enough. Even a profitable business can fail due to poor cashflow.
For many business owners, cashflow worries can really keep them up at night. These issues include not paying their taxes or super on time as well as struggling to pay wages, suppliers, loans, and even themselves.
It also means no capital for growth, which leads to business stagnation. They end up losing staff, and left unchecked, the business eventually becomes insolvent and closes.
To enable a business to survive, thrive and grow, cashflow planning is absolutely essential. 
My Cashflow and Profit Management Services include:
• Analysing your business processes to identify any potential causes of poor cashflow, so we can treat the underlying issues.
• Identifying and improving your Cash Conversion Cycle and then creating strategies to shorten the cycle, so you can have more cash in your bank account.
• Optimising you cashflow by monitoring inflows and outflows, identifying potential bottlenecks, and implement strategies to maintain a healthy cash position.
• Helping you set annual goals with an action plan to ensure you implement improvement strategies for maximum results.

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND REPORTING
If you’re not measuring your financial results and key drivers in your business, you can’t implement meaningful improvement strategies or achieve your business goals.
I find that many business owners need the Finance Function to process all the business activities, including invoicing, paying bills and payroll, which is why I’m often engaged. I can oversee this function to ensure accuracy of reporting and act as a mentor to your accounts staff.
I will generate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) that will give you a clear view of the business’ financial health and performance.
Your monthly management report will provide a snapshot of your results, ensuring you understand your financial position and have accurate and up-to-date information.
I’ll start with an initial meeting to determine which drivers to measure, and ensure you understand how to interpret your reports.
Each month I’ll send you a report, followed by a 30-minute momentum call to discuss your results, identify areas for improvement and set actions to ensure you’re on track to achieve your goals.
By providing you with insightful financial analysis and monitoring, you’ll be able to make informed decisions and manage your business with greater confidence.
RISK MANAGEMENT AND COMPLIANCE
Your employees are your greatest asset, so keeping your employees safe is your top priority. I will help you review your safety system and assist you with finding the right expertise to improve if required.
Likewise, the assets of your business are also a top priority. I will help you assess your business risks and deal with your insurance provider(s) asking the appropriate questions.
Life cover is also a priority to ensure continuity of business should something happen to you.
I will also ensure you adhere to financial regulations and industry standards so you can mitigate potential financial and operational risks.
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT & WEALTH CREATION
For a business to be profitable it must have efficient operational strategies, astute financial management and a keen understanding of market dynamics. The ability to deliver products or services aligned to the needs of their customers is also essential.
If any of these factors are out of alignment, profitability is sure to suffer.
In many cases business owners struggle to understand the root cause of their profitability issues, which can lead to cashflow problems, the business stagnates, revenue drops and eventually the organisation has to shut its doors.
