Personal Information

I have nearly 20 years experience in IT specialising in digital product management, project management, service delivery, IT audit and governance, business continuity and disaster recovery.  In my various roles I have implemented and managed industry standards, conducted business process mapping, developed and documented IT processes, as well as facilitating training and workshops for customers and staff.

I’ve worked extensively in the financial services and risk management sectors, and in the past few years working in a consulting firm has exposed me to many industries such as government, education, retail, travel, banking and insurance. I have held senior roles for the past 10 years and have recruited, managed and mentored staff.

For the last few years I have been a digital product manager launching web applications and mobile apps, managing the full lifecycle of the products – from the idea through design, development, resource planning, infrastructure implementation, testing, product launch, marketing, business development, customer engagement and ongoing support and development.

More recently I’ve been working as a Technology Consultant specialising in helping NFP’s, NDIS Providers, SME’s and Tech startups to improve their Technology solutions and services.
